By booking a tour with Cleva Getaways, you agree to the following terms: All tours are subject to availability and may be modified or cancelled due to weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances, or safety concerns. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour time are eligible for a full refund. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or no-shows. Participants are responsible for their own safety and must follow the guide’s instructions at all times. Cleva Getaways is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the tour.
